Meredith Arwady, contralto

Tchaikovsky: Symphony No.5 in E minor, Op.64

Hailed by critics as a “rarity” and “a genuine contralto,” Meredith Arwady continues to delight audiences in the United States and abroad with rich vocal intensity and captivating stage presence.  HSO is thrilled that Meredith will return to West Michigan to sing with the Holland Symphony Orchestra on the finale of the Classics season.  The concert will also feature the orchestra performing Jennifer Higdon’s beautifully ethereal Blue Cathedral and Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No.5, a masterpiece and staple of the orchestral repertoire.
